Miscanthus plantation. Fourth year of development

ENERGO AGRAR has been developing its Miscanthus Giganteus plantations throughout Ukraine. They are located in Western and Central regions. As usually we make the assessment of results every November after vegetation process end. This plantation of 200 Ha in Western Ukraine was established in 2014. This April 2017 we have harvested there the very first yield of about 13-15 tn/Ha. This Autumn after 4th year of growing the average height of plants is about 3.3-3.5 m. We are expecting to harvest next spring of about 20 tn/Ha of dry (13-15%) straw. Based on these estimations we can say, that expected results will be reached.
