Customer’s staff training

Energo Agrar provides our customer’s staff with on-site training cources. Customer’s agronomists are consulted of how to cultivate and treat the specific customer’s plantation within next two years of its development. Workers are trained of how to plant seedlings using planters.

Training courses are held by our most experienced coaches using both their practical experience and results of analysis of respective customer’s land plots.

Trainees are provided with specific recommendations of how to cultivate and treat plantation within most sensitive month of plantation development.
